Fill in and submit the application form below.

Our pastoral care team will receive your application, review it, and let you know if our funded counselling is a suitable fit for you. This may take up to two weeks.

We will then begin the process of finding a suitable counsellor for you.

You will receive the contact details of your counsellor, how many sessions have been funded for you, and you can go ahead and book in your first appointment based on the counsellor’s availability.

If your needs are urgent, please don’t hesitate to contact one of the services on our homepage here or call 1737.

Important to know;

Currently, the funding for free counselling is only available to people living in Wellington.

All counsellors are professional independent practitioners, and their time is generously paid for by the members of Equippers Church.

Counselling will be funded for up to 3 counselling sessions.

Please note that if demand is high there may be a waitlist. We will let you know once receiving your application.
